Summary: Gabriella is a witch. The problem is, she doesn't remember. She repressed the memories of her powers years ago when her mother was murdered. I love the cover of this book and I thought that it sounded very promising. I have read other books by Laura DeLuca and I really enjoyed them but I just couldn't connect with Destiny. I really felt like it had so much filler that it blocked the real story. It took me four days to get to 50% which is incredibably slow for me. Then other 50% I skimmed and still got the "important" stuff. Which proves that there wa stoo much filler. I found myself getting really bored, really quickly. I couldn't connect to the characters, they were just going through the motions.
I will still read more books by Laura DeLuca becaus so have enjoyed her other works this one just wasn't for me. I do still hope people will read it and make up their own decisions about it.
